We’re a gluten-free family and truly passionate about sharing gluten-free-friendly treats that actually taste good. If you’re (un)lucky enough to be part of the food sensitivity or allergy world, you know how hard it can be to find options that are genuinely enjoyable. Our goal is to share foods everyone can love—and to show that going gluten free doesn’t mean giving up great flavor.
It’s also important to us to offer more than just the obligatory gluten free cupcake. If you’re gluten free, know that nearly every menu item is tested by our own family to make sure they are equally just as delicious as the “normal” food.

Sadly, no (but that’s the dream). Everything we make uses gluten free ingredients, but it’s all produced in a home kitchen that handles all allergens. We do take precautions to reduce cross-contact, but we can’t guarantee that there are zero trace amounts of gluten. If you have celiac disease or a severe sensitivity, please use your best judgment.
Some of the things we do: thoroughly clean and sanitize equipment between uses, handle and store ingredients carefully, and wash all kitchen linens on a sanitize/allergen cycle. -
Because they're made with a specialty flour blend that uses wheat starch with the gluten removed. The finished flour blend is tested to meet gluten-free standards of less than 20ppm. However, it is NOT suitable for those with a wheat allergy. FYI - this flour blend is used in our bread loaves, bagels, and cinnamon rolls. (We are always adding new products, so check the ingredient label for up-to-date info).
Hope this helps! Always reach out if you have questions or concerns. -
If you have a severe food sensitivity or allergy, we unfortunately can’t recommend our food. While we offer gluten-free-friendly items and take care to reduce cross-contamination, our kitchen handles all major allergens, and there is always a risk.
Your safety is most important to us, so we encourage those with severe sensitivities to choose options made in a dedicated allergen-free facility.
